For MSPs and IT consultants who run fleets for clients, and for people who write, teach, or consult on Salt, Ansible, and Windows and Linux fleets. Refer, resell, or run Gardience for all your clients at one flat price. Your clients never pay more than our public price, and the clients you bring stay yours: we don't sell to them directly.
Apply below. You get a code and a link like gardience.com/?ref=YOURCODE.
In an article, a comparison table, a video, a newsletter, or with your clients. Anyone who arrives through your link is credited to you for 12 months.
A 120-day free pilot instead of the usual 90, on their own servers, cloud or air-gapped.
20% of the customer's first year: $1,200 for Starter, $3,000 for Team, and 20% of larger Enterprise deals. Then a share of every renewal (below). Paid within 30 days after the customer pays.
You make the introduction and we take it from there: the demo, the pilot, the sale, and the support.
20% of the first year, then 10% of each renewal for the next three years. On a Team customer that is $3,000, then $1,500 a year.
For MSPs and consultants who stay the customer's contact: you answer their first questions, help with upgrades, and keep them running. You can bill your own setup and support work on top.
20% of the first year and 20% of every renewal, for as long as you are the customer's contact. On a Team customer that is $3,000 a year.
For MSPs who sell the license themselves. You buy Gardience from us at 30% off and sell it to your client at our public price, and you handle the client's first questions.
A client on Starter with CMMC pays you $10,000 a year, as they would pay us. You pay us $7,000 and keep $3,000 a year.
For MSPs with many small clients too small for their own copy. Run one Gardience for all of them: each client is its own group, and your techs see only the clients you give them. One flat price, $20,000 a year for up to 2,500 machines. Larger, talk to us.
Charge your clients however you like, usually inside your monthly per-seat fee. At $3 a machine a month on 2,000 machines, that is $72,000 a year in for $20,000 out. CMMC needs its own copy per company, because the score and evidence belong to that company.
Our first ten partners get 40% of the first year and 25% of each renewal as a referrer or partner, instead of 20% and 10 to 20%. On a Team customer that is $6,000, then $3,750 a year. As a reseller or on the MSP fleet price, founding partners get 40% off instead of 30%. Founding rates are locked for three years. In return we ask for honest feedback and a short case study we can share.
A login to a hosted lab with Windows and Linux machines, so you can try patching, the security baseline, Ansible playbooks over Salt, the AI assistant, and the MCP server yourself before you write a word.
Real screenshots and numbers you can use, including the 1,020-server patch run on AWS, and quick answers from the people who build it.
If you set up or run fleets for clients, you can earn the referral and bill your own setup and support work on top.
Write what you find, good or bad. We never ask for a positive review, and the referral is paid the same either way.
Mark partner links as partner or affiliate links, as advertising rules require. Paid search ads on the Gardience name, coupon sites, and referring yourself or your own employer do not count. Shares are of what the customer pays, after any discount. Referrers earn 10% of renewals for the three years after the first; partners earn 20% of each renewal while they remain the customer's named contact. If a partner hands the customer over to us, renewals from then on pay at the referrer rate. Reseller and MSP fleet licenses are paid to us yearly. We ask resellers not to charge more than our public price for the license itself; your own setup, support, and managed services are yours to price. Clients you register with us stay yours: we refer them back to you rather than selling to them directly. Founding-partner rates apply to the first ten partners we sign and last three years from signing. We can decline an application or end a partnership; referrals already credited are still paid.
