Priced per fleet and billed yearly, not per node, per core, or per user. Windows and Linux cost the same. Try it free for 90 days before you buy anything.
Buy now checks out securely with Stripe and pays the first year; add CMMC or support right on the checkout page, and you download Gardience and your license right after. Prefer an invoice or a purchase order? Use Book a call or Get a quote. A machine is any managed host, Windows or Linux.
Government pays the same prices. Agencies, military units, contractors, schools, and tribes buy whichever plan fits their machine count: an office with 100 machines buys Starter at $6,000 a year. Pay by card, or ask for a quote to pay by purchase order. Enterprise is only for fleets over 1,000 machines or extra services.
Rather not run the Gardience server yourself? We run it for you. Every hosted customer gets a written agreement and direct access to the engineers who run it. You get your own dedicated server, never shared with another customer; your machines stay where they are and connect to it.
Included: a dedicated server in AWS (US East) at your own address with HTTPS, Salt's agent ports open only to your networks, nightly encrypted backups kept 35 days, and Gardience updates installed for you. Government, air-gapped, and regulated fleets stay on your own servers. Because we operate the server, we have administrative access to it and its backups; see Security.
For defense contractors that handle controlled unclassified information. Tracks all 110 NIST SP 800-171 requirements with a live SPRS score, checks key CMMC settings on every Windows and Linux machine and applies them with approval, gives you policy templates for every requirement family, collects proof and policy signatures from your people with one link each, checks Microsoft 365 settings, and builds your System Security Plan, POA&M, and a signed evidence pack from your assessment. Included in Enterprise and in the free 90-day trial. Founding pricing: our first CMMC customers lock in this price, with renewals capped for three years. Ask us.
Every paid plan includes help with your license, install, upgrade, and defects in Gardience itself. Standard and Premium support add troubleshooting and how-to help, from Gardience engineering. Add either at checkout.

At 1,000 servers, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Premium lists at $192,500 a year and SUSE Multi-Linux Manager at $134,000 for Linux alone. Gardience Team is $15,000, Windows and Linux included.
Any managed host, Windows or Linux, physical, virtual, or cloud. There is no charge per user, per core, or per site, and counts are a guide, not a meter. If you are between tiers, we size it with you.
Yes, at no extra cost. Run Gardience on-premises and in the cloud, kept separate, and split your machine count between them in your account, for example 600 and 400 on Team. Each server gets its own license file, tied to it, and the shares never add up to more than your plan. One free license per organization.
Nothing stops. You have 30 days at full function to move up a tier, and we would rather sort it out at renewal than surprise you.
If a paid license lapses, there is a 30-day grace period. After that, security patching never stops: installing updates, rebooting to finish them, re-applying the security baseline, and checking machines are back still run from the console.
Up to 10 Windows and Linux machines with no end date: daily CVE scanning, patching, hardening checks, drift repair, Ansible playbooks, and the AI assistant and agents with your own AI key. It runs on your own server and gets new releases. Over 10 machines, you have 7 days to remove some or move to a paid plan; after that the console is read-only. Support comes with the paid plans; the docs cover setup.
Yes. Hosted Starter and Hosted Team run your Gardience on a dedicated server in AWS that only you use, with nightly encrypted backups. Your machines connect to it over the internet, from networks you name. You can move to your own server at any time with a normal backup and restore. See Hosted by us.
No. Gardience runs open-source Salt, and your states, pillars, and keys stay in standard Salt form. If you leave, your fleet keeps running on Salt.
Yes, at the same prices as everyone else: any plan, including Starter for up to 250 machines. Bouziden Management LLC is registered in SAM (UEI Y5LBHH9WJ399, CAGE 22VQ0). We accept purchase orders and invoices and can provide a W-9 and a capability statement.
Every paid plan covers your license, installs, upgrades, and defects in the console, the Salt master, and the agents Gardience ships. Standard and Premium support add troubleshooting and how-to help, including the Ansible playbooks you run through it. See Support for hours, response times, and how to reach us.
