Plain version first: the Gardience product runs on your servers and sends nothing to us. This website collects only what you type into a form, plus cookieless page counts. We never sell or share it for marketing. Last updated 15 October 2026.
The product does not phone home. Gardience runs entirely inside your environment. It has no telemetry, no usage reporting, and no license server: your license file is checked offline with a digital signature. Your fleet data, audit log, and secrets stay on your servers, and the console loads no fonts, scripts, or images from the internet. One optional exception, off unless an admin turns it on: a once-a-day check for new releases (Settings > License) that sends only the license file and the version number to gardience.com.
What this website collects
Free trial form: your name, work email, company, role, and approximate fleet size. We use it to issue your trial license, send setup help, and follow up about the trial.
Contact form: your name, organization, work email, current tooling, and message. We use it to answer you.
One-command install: when you install with the command from your trial or order page, the installer tells us whether it finished or the step it stopped at, with your operating system name and version, the processor type, the Gardience version, and how long it took. Names and addresses are removed from the step text before it is sent, and nothing about your machines or fleet is included. We use it to fix installs that fail. Turn it off with --no-report or GARDIENCE_NO_REPORT=1.
Page counts: which page was viewed, the referring website, campaign tags in the link, screen width, desktop or mobile, and the country and city your connection comes from. These page counts set no cookies. Repeat visits on the same day are recognized with a one-way code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you across days. Your IP address is not stored. If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is recorded. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: these measure visits (Google Analytics, IP addresses anonymized) and show heatmaps and session replays (Microsoft Clarity, with what you type in forms masked); both set their own cookies. Google Ads and Reddit's ad pixel tell Google and Reddit when a visit that came from one of our ads leads to a trial or demo request, so we can see which ads work; they also set their own cookies. The review badge in the footer of our pricing page loads from SourceForge under the same rules. If your device is set to a European or UK time zone, these load only after you choose Allow on the notice. Elsewhere they load unless your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can turn them off in this browser at any time:
Who processes it
Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions and page counts. Like any web host, it also sees your IP address when you load a page, and records it with contact form submissions for spam protection.
Google Workspace handles our email.
Both act only on our behalf. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep trial and contact details while there is an active conversation or customer relationship, and page counts while they are useful for running the site. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we must keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
Email george@gardience.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop any follow-up. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. These rights apply wherever you live, including under California and EU law.
Security
Forms are sent over HTTPS, and access to stored submissions is limited to the people who run Gardience. See how the product itself is secured.
Who we are
Gardience is a product of Bouziden Management LLC, Norman, Oklahoma, USA. Questions: george@gardience.com. If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
Partner links
If you arrive through a partner's link (an address ending in ?ref= and a code), your browser remembers that partner's code for 12 months, so a free trial gets the partner's longer pilot and a purchase credits the partner. Only the code is stored, in your browser, nothing about you. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
